• Attempt to hack, overload, or interfere with the Services.

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Harvest personal data from other users.

7. Spot and Perpetual Trading

Clypto enables users to:

• Spot swap Digital Assets across supported blockchains.
• Trade perpetual contracts (perps) with or without leverage.

By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• Trading Digital Assets and derivatives involves risk, including potential loss of funds.
• Clypto does not provide investment advice.
• You are responsible for understanding how swaps and perpetual contracts work before using them.
• Tax obligations related to your transactions are your responsibility.

8. Fees and Payments

Currently, Clypto does not charge platform fees for spot or perps trading.

You may still be responsible for network fees (e.g., blockchain gas fees).

We reserve the right to introduce or update fees in the future at our sole discretion. If fees are introduced, we will provide notice through the platform or our website.

9. Referral Rewards

Clypto offers users the opportunity to earn up to 60% in referral rewards by referring new users to the platform.

• The structure and percentage of rewards are subject to change.
• Referral rewards are granted only in accordance with the rules and policies published on our website.
• Clypto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate referral programs at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, and functionality of the Services remain the property of Clypto and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use any trademarks, branding, or proprietary materials without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant Clypto a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Services.
